Moody Plum Wedding
With a unique cool-toned color palette, Olivia and Keith’s wedding was one for the books! It was the perfect look for their winter wedding at the Ranch. Keep reading to see the details from their moody plum wedding, featuring beautiful textured flowers.
Olivia looked stunning in a strapless A-line wedding dress featuring a sweetheart neckline. It was covered in rhinestone embellishments and paired with a cathedral veil. She carried a luxe bouquet with lots of texture, including blue thistle, white billy buttons, and succulents. Keith wore a more casual getup, with a plum vest and jeans. His boutonnière was made of the same blue thistle and white billy buttons.
The pair’s wedding party was a lively bunch! Olivia’s bridesmaids wore striking dark blue bridesmaid dresses with black embroidery on the bodice. They carried smaller versions of the bride’s bouquet. Keith’s groomsmen were dressed in matching gray dress shirts and plum-colored vests. Their boutonnières consisted of blue thistle, tying in the color of their dark-wash jeans.
Their ceremony beneath our ancient oak was pure magic. Our raw wood arbor was decorated with a luxe floral arrangement made with voluminous pampas grass, colorful hydrangeas and roses. The aisle was lined with matching flowers in mason jars, and guests were welcomed with a cute handwritten sign.
Following their outdoor reception, the party retired to our rustic reception barn. Their tables were outfitted in chic sequin linens and decorated with lush garlands made of greenery. They were complemented with votive candles, casting a warm glow throughout the building. Our favorite detail, however, was the custom cookies made to complement their delicious wedding cake! It was our pleasure to be a part of Olivia and Keith’s big day, and we wish them a long and happy life together.
